Which Flavor of Wedding Cake Should You Choose?

I learned this by watching the show Who's Wedding is It Anyways? It's funny that it hasn't come up on almost any other cake baking show that I've watched. Apparently, red velvet cake is lighter and so when you use it on a bigger surface like a wedding cake it just can't support itself and there's a tendency for it to fall compared to other cakes. I didn't know this but it's been on two episodes fairly close together. I think I would go with red velvet cupcakes instead after seeing some of the slanting cakes in this flavor even though I love how it tastes.
