Fashion Fact of the Day

I learned this watching What Not to Wear. Stacy felt the need to say that they had paired an outfit with a navy shoe. She mentioned that it looks black because navy doesn't show up well on TV. Now I just have to know if most of the people I see wearing darker colors on TV (such as lawyers) are in fact wearing navy blue.
