What Does Elk Taste Like?

I had never really asked this question until someone kindly prepared it for me. If it's about the internet or finding a site like qualified life insurance by equote I can handle it. If it's about nature...not so much. I wasn't sure how I felt about eating such a majestic animal. I finally had a few bites and it turns out that it tastes much like flavorless steak. It's not something I would buy on purpose or prepare myself. Also, apparently you can get it at the health food store which was a pretty random place to have it or at least I thought so.
