I've been venturing more into random recipes and it's always something that is going to be either really good or really bad and the only way to figure out which one it is means that I'll just have to try it. This week was a peach, mozzarella, and basil salad. Really the fresh basil makes this salad. Otherwise I would just be wondering why I had cheese and peaches together. It was really yummy, one of the best salads I've had in awhile and it doesn't even use any lettuce.
