Food Doesn't Get Any More Random

I had a zucchini plant that I needed to do something with before it froze. I had wanted to try some stuffed squash blossoms. It was just too random to actually eat a flower; I had to do it. I used this recipe for stuffed fried squash blossoms.

One of my fears in making weird food is that I'll mess up without knowing it; and hurt my teeth. Then I'll have to go somewhere with discount dental equipment. However, they are amazingly good. My only regret is that this can't be a staple. Stores don't carry squash blossoms usually because they are too delicate and only last for a few hours after they are picked. It was like a fancy, non-spicy version of a jalapeno popper. I may grow zucchini next year just so I can have these again. Have you ever eaten a squash blossom?
