At first this just looks like a plate of fries with nacho cheese on top which would probably be unhealthy enough. However, upon closer inspection of this wikimedia commons public domain pic it's easy to see that it's a horseshoe sandwich. Why anyone would invent or eat it though still remains a mystery.
