What's the Color of the Year for 2015?

The color of the year for 2015 according to Pantone is Marsla. If you ask anyone who is into decorating they'll usually says "Umm the color of the year is anything except for Marsala". It lacks the vibrancy and neutrality that we've seen over the past decade. Colors are either exciting or soothing. It's either a challenge to incorporate it or it's something you already own. I don't think this will be a big color in decorating because it is so reminiscent of the 1990s and some of us still have this color of carpet in our homes. Instead, I think it will be bigger as a makeup color and in fashion but even then I think designers will add richness to it. Do you like the color of the year?
