Random Holiday Goals

I've decided to add "build a gingerbread house" to my bucket list. I've built plenty of gingerbread houses out of graham crackers before. Granted, I'm not much of a baker which is why I haven't attempted it yet. I'd at least like to put together one of those kits from the store. I just watch too much Food Network and read too many blogs. I know I'm not that good with icing and I usually eat all of the candy before I finish but building an awesome gingerbread house is something I would like to accomplish in my lifetime.
