When Does Fall Start in 2013?

Technically the Fall Equinox was on September 22nd. In Utah though I'm still waiting for fall. The leaves usually start turning colors close to the week of Thanksgiving where I live. This year though because of the early frost a lot of the trees are just losing their leaves and we seem to be heading straight into winter. It's really cold and windy, make sure you have your hairpiece properly affixed and a scarf on hand. Have you had fall weather yet where you live?
