Now I'm Kind of Glad

Sometimes on Friday night on the Bountiful Baskets Facebook page there are some pictures or sneak peeks from people who get to pick up their baskets on Friday. I have a Saturday pickup and so I kind of get to plan my menu ahead of time. I know basically what I'll need to run to the store after to get. Of course, it varies by location and seems to differ a little bit by state although I'm not too sure. Last night I looked at the sneak peek and there was fennel. I looked at all of these recipes trying to decide what I was going to do with it. I just wasn't that excited about it. However, when I got to my site this morning there wasn't any fennel. I'm pretty glad about it, I'd much rather have the extra spaghetti squash I got. So that is why there isn't a weird fennel recipe this week.
