How Long Does It Take to Adjust to Daylight's Savings Time?

I really didn't think that there was going to be a lot of research to back up this question. I thought maybe I was the only one who has a lot of trouble around daylight savings time. That one hour always seems to throw my sleep off by about 3 hours. I stay awake a lot reading blogs, looking at a trade printer, or working. However, there were articles on Web M.D. and ABC News about how troublesome it is to our circadian rhythms. Some research even says that we never really adjust to it. However, it usually takes me 2 or 3 days until I feel normal again. How long does it take you to adjust to Daylight Saving's Time?
