I know that the top New Year’s resolutions most likely have to do with losing weight or quitting smoking. However, I’ve been reading more blogs about resolutions for the home. Granted, it's mostly decor blogs but there seems to be projects that people want to get done every year. Just like the weight loss goals it doesn't ever happen completely. I'm starting to think that maybe making resolutions just sets people up for failure.
The biggest thing that I'd change in my home is the kitchen faucet. It doesn't match the rest of the fixtures. Plus, it's impossible to keep clean and has no personality at all. I live in an apartment though so it's unlikely to happen. It just makes my whole kitchen feel messy because it's always covered in spots no matter what I do. However, when I do get to buy a new home a different finish on the fixtures is on my list of must haves.
