I read this article a few weeks ago about different brands that will probably disappear in the next year. I was shocked to see how many of these companies are in trouble just because they are names that I've always grown up with. To me the most surprising brand on the list was MySpace. I guess Facebook really did a number on them, but I remember back in the day when they were the entire internet. I also remember when I had to cross Mervyns off my Cyber Monday list and it was just such a weird feeling.
I also can't imagine a world without Corn Pops even thought I don’t eat them. I hope that there will still be the Wal-mart off brand called "Silly Corn" because that's the coolest name for a cereal ever. What brands couldn’t you live without?
