Random Job Facts

Last night on the Suze Orman show she was explaining the concept of having an 8 month emergency fund and that it may really need to stretch beyond that time period. She said that the average time that it takes someone who is out of work to land a new job in this country right now is 1-2 years. That is absolutely terrifying. So, I went and looked it up and couldn't find the statistic anywhere. That doesn't make it any less terrifying.
