More Random Job Facts

While I was looking up how long it takes the average American to find a job I came up with another interesting fact. I found a lot of data describing employee tenure, or how long people stay with the same employers. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics rel last fall it was 4.4 years. I was really hoping that it would be a lot longer. The data from previous years that I was looking at seemed to be 3-5 years. That's going to require a lot of business card printing. I really want to stay with the same company for the next 40 years but that really seems next to impossible sometimes
