Random Baking Fact
It was the first time I've ever made muffins and I was so excited to try healthy versions. It was ok that it had like 17 ingredients and I'm used to only using oh say three maximum. My cooking almost acts as good weight loss pills but I really try. So I was proudly spooning the muffins into the tins when I decided to taste the dough. They tasted like fruit biscuits. I forgot the sugar. Turns out sugar is a lot more integral to the baking process then one might originally think. It is also very integral to the "tasting good process" which is a much less touted but equally important process. Oh well I’m just going to say they are a weird version of English scone.
