Who is Wally Pie?

Seriously, I'm really asking that question. I have it written down on a post it. Post it notes are my very organized way of jotting down ideas & to do lists like find out about auto insurance online.

I vaguely remember writing down the name Wally Pie because there was a really great random fact or story about him. I didn't bother to write down what the really great story was because I was confidant that it would be all over the internet. After a few internet searches, I have absolutely nothing. Wally Pie isn't even in wikipedia. I wonder if that show Unsolved Mysteries is still on the air. Maybe they can help me. I better go find out right now, I am banned from post it notes until I find Wally Pie.

Well, according to www.kleesbarandgrill.com/pizza.htm, it's a pizza with chopped onions, peppers, mushrooms
and a touch of Black Pepper. And apparently, it is also a tile or stone (www.candeeinc.com/pictures/chocwallylg.jpg). Quite nice, actually. A tribe spokesman for the Canyon Skywalk is named Wally Pie (www.azcentral.com/blogs/index.php?blog=260&m=2007&w=9). Then there's King Wally's Pies, situated at 209b Coogee Bay Road, Coogee, Sydney, NSW 2034. I guess they make killer meat pies (King Wally's Pies have a bit of history to them too; they were one of the early winners of the Great Aussie Meat Pie competition at the Royal Easter Show.)

That's about all I can muster up.
