How to Peel an Egg Fast

I've been very careful with random fact experiments since the "How to boil an egg in the microwave" explosion from a Youtube video a few years ago. However, with my search for "how to peel a hard boiled egg" I figured I was pretty safe. The most intriguing method I found was to peel it in a glass of water. I tried it and the peel never separated from the egg the way it does in the videos. One time it started to but it took most of the egg with it. It did make it much easier to peel and I want to try it again.
