I know that it's all over Pinterest and it's healthy but I really want the trend of turning watermelon into things other than watermelon to stop. You know how many times I've looked at an empty watermelon rind and wished there was a non alcoholic jello shot in it? Zero.
Do you know how many times I've looked at a frosted cake and thought "I hope that there's really fruit inside" Zero.
Frosting and watermelon do not go together. That is not an acceptable birthday treat. That is the definition of complete and utter disappointment. Hopefully, someday the trend of a cake that looks like a cake and is made out of cake will take over. Maybe I should go put it on Pinterest.
