My Random Food of the Week

Looking at the Bountiful Basket previews on Friday I was worried that my pickup was going to have dinosaur kale in it. I am not that picky of an eater and will try most new things. I like kale. However, this variety looked strange to me. I was also glad that it didn’t show up in my basket on Saturday morning. I did however have a napa cabbage that was huge. Granted, I’ve never had this variety of cabbage before but I was just so happy that it wasn’t some weird kale. Have you ever had either of these veggies and if so how did you cook them?
