Reasons I Don't Bake Pie

I don't make pie a lot simply because it seems like a lot of work even though it's my favorite dessert. I would easily have it at my wedding instead of a cake, along with a raleigh wedding photographer, but I still have to get a groom. None of my family would complain about the lack of cake either. Trying to get the perfect pie crust really dampens my spirit. I don’t even own that kitchen thing that you need to cut the butter into the pie. I don't even know what it's called. Instead, I found this recipe for an oil pie crust. The texture is slightly different than what I'm used to but it tends to be so much easier and faster. Did anyone else know you can make a pie crust with oil instead of butter?
