Lessons Learned from Hotel Impossible

It seems like everyone from the cleaning staff to the valets have excuses on this show. They usually say that the rooms aren't good enough so why even bother? Sometimes there just aren't enough guests. It does make me want to go on vacation and rent a motorcycle and just enjoy life more. Anthony's main thing is "You look at this every day and you don't fix it". "You walk right past this and you don't fix it". The reply is always the same even if it's from the general manager. Last night Anthony said something like "There's no such thing as that's not my job" Ok so the grammar was a little bit messed up but it's a really wonderful sentiment.
