Does It Really Ever Look Like the Picture?

I like Pinterest because it tells me about all of the random things that I didn't really know that I needed to know about. For every pin I end up thinking one of two things. 1. That's so easy! 2. I can do that! Usually I end up thinking both of these things. It's rarely ever true. Instead, before I start a project I'm going to check out Pinstrosity which is full of Pinterest failures to see if those mason jars will really come out like that or what I can expect from all of the substitutions that I'm bound to make. I think I can make my own gifts every year but should probably just end up at hockey gifts from resportsinc.com after shelling out too much money on craft projects that failed. There are several of these kinds of sites out there but this is my favorite because the crafters tell what substitutes they made and where they went wrong.
