I only watch the travel channel late at night and so I'm not sure that I read this correctly even though I wrote it down directly afterwards. I couldn't find it anywhere else. It was on Hotel Impossible. The hotel owner was trying to say how unfair it is that they got all these negative reviews. It was justified by "People will leave negative reviews a lot more than positive ones. If they had a good trip no one is going to care". Anthony had a ready comeback of "Actually the average review online is 4 out of 5 stars". Do you believe this?
