Academy Awards Facts

I wasn't looking for Academy Award facts. I was just spending my time looking at pretty dresses which is usually the only thing that interests me about the Academy Awards. Usually some of the dresses hurt my stomach or are probably as good as colon cleansers that work for some people. However, somehow Barbra Streisand made one of the list. It also had an interesting fact. Apparently she tied for best Actress with Katharine Hepburn in 1968 at the 41st Academy Awards. The first time this happened the rules said that it was a tie if it was within 3 votes, but now it has to be a true tie. It looks like there are about 6500 votes, so having a tie is somewhat of an amazing feat.
