So That's Your Busy Season?

I was watching something interesting on Cake Boss. They said their busiest day of the year is December 24th and showed how hectic it is. This surprised me, I would have thought it would be during wedding season. I guess people go out to buy their home baked goods now. It really got me thinking about all of the post men, bakers, and everyone else who is having an unexpected busy season just so we can all enjoy the holidays even though if you're like me you usually complain that you have to wait in a long line.
