I've always been fascinated by gingerbread houses because I like candy. I've built a few in my lifetime but never out of actual gingerbread. Usually I use graham crackers and then stop building half way through because I've eaten a lot of candy and am sick. Then in a few days I start pulling the candy off my house to eat it. I'm really amazed at the talent that some people have with these gingerbread masterpieces.
