I was watching Gilmore Girls. (Shocking, I know.) Lorelai was teasing Luke because he doesn't watch a lot of movies. She said something like "When they aired the first movie it was of a train & people ran from the theater because they thought that the train would leap off the screen & crush them. I just want you to know that the train will not come off the screen" I can share this fear because when I was eight years old I went to Disneyland & watched a 3D Michael Jackson video. It was much scarier than the Haunted House ride.
I must be wikipedia impaired today because I just can't find information on what the first movie ever shown was. The internet seems to be full of Delsey luggage & lots of other cool stuff, but I can't find this information. Anyone? Anyone?
