I have the word's "post it" written on a post it. I read about how the glue for post it's was originally a failure. It was supposed to be a hi tech glue that would hold anything. Instead, it was a very weak glue that would easily pull away from whatever it was attached to. It's said that the project was put in a drawer where it sat for 5 years. Then Arthur Fry grabbed the glue & applied it to paper because he was frustrated that his bookmarks kept falling out of his church hymnal. I wonder if he realized what he'd done as soon as he put the glue on paper. Did he think "AHA it's a post it!". Did a light bulb go off over his head, or maybe an entire home lighting store?
I did some research & it seems the hymnal part is right but I didn't read anything about the glue being a failed project when I was at wikipedia. Either way, Romie & Michelle probably didn't invent post it's.

I'm wondering just how much a man cared for a hymnal to try some unknown glue on it. Or is that just me.
Ahhh...Romie & Michelle. If ever Hollywood missed a chance for a huge run of sequels, that was it.
