Are Starburst Jellybeans Seasonal?

I don't stock up on a lot of Easter candy but I do stock up on Starburst jelly beans. I don't know what it's like in your part of the country but around here these are only in stock around Easter time at most stores. I can always order from Amazon or Jet but then I wonder if I'm buying someone else's leftover Easter candy. A few days ago I saw small bags next to the skittles and I hope at least those stick around all year.
