I was entranced by the myriad of youtube videos out there that show several cell phones on a table next to a few kernels of popcorn. When all of the cell phones rang, the popcorn would pop. I'm not a futures broker or scientist, but I figured this would mean that cell phones would be bad for me.
I decided I needed to try this. So I set up four cell phones & popcorn then called all of the phones. I was all set to decide if it was safe to eat the popcorn. To my dismay, nothing happened. So I tried more phones, different popcorn. Still nothing. Then someone did the math of the microwaves a cellphone would emit compared to a regular microwave. Then we put a piece of popcorn in the microwave & it took like 8 seconds to pop. Basically, if this worked, we would have a new form of energy. I didn't pay attention to all of the mathematics that everyone was doing. I just knew that the popcorn didn't pop. I don't know how it works on the youtube videos or if it is a hoax. Has anyone else tried this?
